Message From Our Chairman & General Manager On COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Changes are taking place in our life and work as a result of the unfolding situation of Covid-19 Coronavirus. At this unprecedented moment, we’re devoting with saveguarding the health and well-being of our loved ones, employees, clients, and partners as well as supporting everyone keeping working and learning.We also salute Taiwan’s public health authorities for epidemic situation control, making our business continue during the severe time. Meanwhile, all BXB staff are working hard on remaining in full production.

During this challenging time, we saw many organizations including government, corporates, and schools using BXB’s products and services for high-efficacy collaboration. We offer secure services to do our share of social responsibility.

All of us at BXB are striving to make our customers and partners productive and collaborative. The following are what we’re doing to reach the goal:

• Cooperate and take the action with public health authorities: we’ve put all precautionary measures in accordance with official advice, including practicing screening, strengthening sanitation of working environment, helding online meetings as the top priority, keeping social distance during the imperative face-to-face meetings, and offering the proper guideline of business trip, working-from-home, and event attendance.
• Ensure stock availability and timely delivery: we’ve been critically monitoring the recovery rate and output level of our essential component supplies. The measures of production deployment in response to changing circumstances are also implemented for ensuring stable supply.
• BXB is always here when you need us: the demand of video conferencing has increased during the crisis. We have received lots of inquiries and assisted many customers for more efficient meeting experience.
